Terms of Service — Effective June 10, 2026
By downloading, installing, or using NGN Fishing ("No Guide Needed"), the mobile application and website at ngnfishing.com (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Oak Angel Digital LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Johns Island, South Carolina.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ngnfishing.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
NGN Fishing offers free limited access (3 fishing reports) and paid subscription plans:
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the App Store (iOS), Google Play (Android), or your account settings on ngnfishing.com (web).
Payment Processing: Payments on iOS are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payments on Android are processed by Google Play. Web payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment credentials.
Refunds: Refund requests for App Store or Google Play purchases must be directed to Apple or Google respectively, in accordance with their refund policies. For web purchases processed through Stripe, contact support@ngnfishing.com within 7 days of the charge.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect on their next renewal.
New accounts receive 3 free fishing reports. Free reports do not expire but are non-transferable. Once consumed, additional reports require an active subscription.
You agree not to:
NGN Fishing generates fishing reports, species recommendations, rig setups, and scheduling suggestions based on real-time conditions, historical data, and expert fishing knowledge. Generated content is informational only and should not be treated as professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of generated content. Always use your own judgment, local knowledge, and applicable fishing regulations when making decisions on the water.
The Service provides GPS coordinates, map overlays, relief shading, and navigation features for informational purposes. These features are not a substitute for proper nautical charts, marine electronics, or safe boating practices. You are solely responsible for safe navigation and compliance with all maritime laws and regulations. We are not liable for any incidents, accidents, or losses arising from reliance on GPS data or navigation features in the Service.
Weather data, tide predictions, solunar tables, and marine conditions are sourced from third-party providers (NOAA, OpenWeather) and may not be current or accurate. Always check official NOAA marine forecasts and local conditions before heading out. Do not rely solely on the Service for safety-critical weather decisions.
When you upload photos, trip logs, or community posts ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your content. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your User Content within the Service and our social media channels for promotional purposes. You may revoke this license by deleting your content or contacting support@ngnfishing.com.
Active subscribers who upload catch photos through the app are automatically entered into periodic prize giveaways. Giveaways are subject to separate official rules posted at the time of each promotion. No purchase is necessary to enter where prohibited by law; alternative entry methods will be provided. Prize winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
The NGN Fishing name, logo, algorithms, app design, and all associated branding are the property of Oak Angel Digital LLC. You may not use our trademarks, trade dress, or copyrighted materials without prior written permission.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Supabase, Stripe, NOAA, OpenWeather, GEBCO, ESRI, Apple, and Google. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OAK ANGEL DIGITAL LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: lost profits, data loss, personal injury, property damage, or any damages arising from activities on the water undertaken in reliance on information provided by the Service.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oak Angel Digital LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@ngnfishing.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7, 8, 14, and 15 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
